Yes, conference visa will be issued to person who attending conference that approved by India government. Therefore, information such as conference name and conference period must be matched to approval letter and invitation letter. Please, request photocopy of those documents to conference organizer.
Should I submit a conference invitation letter in original form?
It does not have to be in original form. However, personal information (name, passport number, and birthday, etc) location, and conference period must be stated on the invitation letter.
