What are the required documents for foreigners?
Regardless of the type of visa foreign passport holders required to submit Foreign Registration Form, Certificate of Domestic Residence, photocopy of passport, and photocopy of front and back of the ARC (Alien Registration Card). Required documents are slightly different for each country that contacts us before submission to check more information.
Is there any possible way to get issued visa fast for foreigner?
No. It will take about week to issuing a visa based on policy from the Embassy of India.
Moreover, foreigners cannot use express service.
I came to Korean as a tourist that I do not have an ARC (Alien Registration Card).
What should I do?
You will need to submit a photocopy of an Entry stamp in your visa page which you got
from immigration in the ROK.
What is Permanent Address in Foreign Registration Form?
It is an applicant’s current nationality of permanent domicile. If you have never been to
the country please write even parent’s address.
If I lost ARC what should I submit?
You will need to get a Certificate of domestic residence report form from ward office.
Can foreigners apply for business visa?
For foreigner, you can apply it if you have been living in ROK for more than 2 years.
You can apply tourist visa without the resident record.
I have issued a new passport in ROK. Should I submit old passport even if I
am foreigner?
If you have a passport that issued within 6 months you must submit old passport
even if you are a foreigner.
